Last night, we held our first of many community outreach meetings with a packed house via zoom. Thanks to all the neighbors who attended – our capacity was limited to 100, and we were full throughout the entire hour. Our sincerest apologies to anyone who was not able to join the meeting – we will be prepared with more bandwidth next time!

Speaking of next time, we will host another virtual open house on Monday, September 14th at 5:30 – but this time our cap will be set to 300 attendees. Yesterday’s Zoom call was only the first of as many as it takes to get community feedback on this project. As discussed in the meeting, we are very early on in the process and that is why we want to hear from you now. A great deal of community and tenant input got us to this point over the past year, and we want to create an asset to the surrounding communities that can be enjoyed for decades to come.
