Old Town Scottsdale is a destination for locals who visit from all over the Valley and tourists who visit from all over the world. Lucky Plaza is located on the Indian Bend Wash, an important infrastructural and cultural treasure used by Scottsdale residents stretching from north to south. During heavy rains that strike during monsoon season or in the winter, the Greenbelt becomes a flowing river as it doubles as flood management for the region. Any local will tell you – as long as you don’t drive in it, it’s a sight to behold.
